PAL. Yeah, the underground a were weird, but I must have found the trick because they actually finished while I was working on something else.
Nice, I really had trouble there for some reason.
I built up a LOT of convenience stores and a ring of flats, ran the tube under the flats, and they went crazy. I also did a second one at the same time.
Redoing all the levels for this was annoying, even if I had the procedure down.
