The solution right here at TA that Dakthorne pointed out made a few suggestions to try, including simply replaying the first two levels in one straight shot on hard mode.
A few other sites mentioned that one too so I did it and it clicked, just like that.
Did anyone else have this problem?
Was it at the like Elite difficulty? the hardest of the hard? And I experienced a loss of game save half way through loosing me 4 hours

Somebody else had the same issue and has a solution guide listed under the achievement. Don't know if it will work or not.
I played only in Hard mode, which everything I've read indicates should work.
I'll try some of the methods in that solution guide next. I was just so mad at the game that I had to stop for the night with it. lol
