Numbers being given out for the pre-orders are from site and retailer sources not a number on a website, so they're internal (read more realistic) counts.
My point was, I am sure even Amazon has a price they are willing to shell out fake numbers for. At the end of the day, do they have a face for every preorder sold?
Not saying that is actually what is happening, but Sony has a history of lying with marketing, just pointing it out. Were all too quick to forget in this consumer age.

Really enjoying it, playing on hardest and the boss last night was a total clunge. Camera angle is the game breaker though. In combat it's a bastard.

I had a good laugh when people were raging that is was a Wii U exclusive, were it not for nintendo that game never would have been made.
