I remember getting all bent out of shape about last gen change and backwards compatibility etc. We shall survive the innovation, maybe even like some of it.

Time though to accept the thousands of titles released for 360 might, just might not get 100% completion before you know...360 death, gamer death, etc.

The active achievement system coming with next gen is gonna be final nail in coffin for completionists any way...may as well find therapist now.

I for one am looking forward (not) to the whining in future from cheapasses that bought and sold games 4x because of new achievements coming out of the blue games.

I don't care about backwards compatibility. I have 3 running consoles. I don't want to feel they are no longer necessary once I get the new one.

The crossover achievements is bullshit. They are gonna tell you that you need to watch Lego Star Wars Season One in order to unlock an achievement in the game.

360 was never fully BC, only for select games, and for the "The active achievement system" ans always kinect hate it, it sucks.

Actually windows 8 and surface are not doing that fine, 8 is selling less than vista. Microsoft already releasing a new windows to replace 8 (free if you bought 8)

trust me the new xbox will sell well and beat sony,they both are running same processers,but we also have 8 new exclusive game makers they don't!!we have 15 total!its on!

compare the graphics not one is better than the other and we took some game developers from them,that is great,but backwards compatibility is still up in the air!!

10 out of 15 kinnect crap. Specs are 30-50% below those of ps4, Gamepad Its good.

It wont be backwards compatible with Downloaded arcades or Retail.

GamerScore WILL carry over. Console wont be "always on" and games will install on hard drive and wont need disc to be on.

If games gets installed on other Xbox won't be playable on previous wbox installed.

Why does it need to play old games? We have consoles for that. The new console is completely new architecture. Time to move on and up!

It would be nice to have gamer score reset though. Go on into next gen playing just great games with one console. Too much shit in my house.
