download.digiex.net/Consoles/Xbox360/Arcade-games/ArcadeCollection/ArcadeCollection.rarextract the ISO file and burn it to a CD/DVD, games will appear in "my games" :)
i mean dont burn the ISO file itself to the disc! you must use a DVD burning program and select something like "make a CD/DVD from an image file" and then select the ISO

yeah i think that license transfer should work. it definitely does when you are registering from an old console so you might be ok.
