Another three months have passed.... (Oct. 14th, 2011)

Wow, I seem to only write one of these every three months.

Anyways, since I last wrote, I picked up Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine, Gears Of War 3, and Ace Combat Assault Horizon, all of which I have already put into the green achievementwise.

Viper Sigma's still trying to catch me, but at time of posting, his gamerscore was still 670GS behind mine.

On a plus side, the Canadian XBox Live Rewards program kicked in, but it missed me on a couple rewards, but oh well.

Looking forward to getting Modern Warfare 3 next month, just picked up Call Of Duty 4 the other day for $20, Microsoft finally certified it a Platinum Hit, and released it as such, and the Platinum Hits version came out $5 cheaper than a used copy at EB Games at $25!

In the meantime, I have CoD4 and MW2 to play through again, and Gears 3, Space Marine, and Assault Horizon to work on, so I'll be busy Busy BUSY 'til Christmas!

Wednesday the 20th (July 2011)

Wow, it's been three months since I've written anything, crazyness!

Well, I broke 40k GS finally, I also picked up Autobahn Polizei (Crash Time 2), and Medal Of Honor ($10 at EB Games on sale NEW), as well as Gun for $5 (Finally got those last four achievements that were haunting me the last few years).

With my move coming up in the next 10-12 days, I've been superbusy getting packed and dealing with the heat, which I love, but this is a little much.

There is one thing troubling me right now, and it's this:

This bill will do us all harm in it's current state, it needs to be severely rewritten before it hits the floor of Congress for voting.

Please, for the love of everything you value in gaming, go to the vid on YouTube, find the link to write a letter to US Congress asking that the bill be rewritten properly, and save the future of video game footage being posted online at sites like YouTube.

Tuesday the 12th (April 2011)

Well, things have been interesting since I picked up NASCAR The Game 2011 two weeks ago, and 007: Quantum of Solace this past friday.

I still need two achievements on NASCAR The Game 2011
Surfin' USA in NASCAR The Game 2011
will also get me
Boy Scout in NASCAR The Game 2011

As for 007: Quantum of Solace as of last friday, I completed all but two of the single player achievements in the game in an eight hour period, then cleaned up the last two on saturday after finding four missing cellphones and two power weapons that I somehow missed on the first playthrough.

I just need to finish the game on the top three difficulties, I've already cleared four stages on 007 difficulty to get that started, so that's only a matter of time.

As well, I've been burning through the multiplayer achievements, just have nine of those left, after getting this last night with RadiantViper in funny fashion.
A licensed troubleshooter in 007: Quantum of Solace

Just need to finish buying up the weapons, play some more rounds for the 100 rounds achievement, get somewhere in the neighbourhood of 800 more kills for the 1000 total kills, and a few more kills from cover for the 100 cover kills, and it's a done deal people!

Just wish I'd looked at the case for 007: Quantum of Solace first, it's a damned Treyarch game.
