WWE 13....Kung Fu Panda....and Ass Creed III

Lately it's been a struggle for me to concentrate on just one game. With the new systems on the horizon, I feel pressured to get to all the games I haven't even glanced at over the horizon. Completing games to 100% has become a bore to me. At the end of this generation on the latest consoles....we've seen the evolution of graphics....a crappy Kinect....and some wonderful times and memories...but it's getting stale and I don't know what to do.

So....I've been playing Ass Creed III.....and I know it's been out for awhile, but with real life comes real life b.s.!!....so it's been an uphill climb, to say the least. This game is bad ass!!!! I love being in the forest hunting animals....I love soaring from rooftop too rooftop hoping Santa Claus will be caught sneaking down the chimney in the wintertime. If you haven't played an ASS Creed EVER!!!....like me....than the gameplay mechanics can take a bit of time mastering....but if your a seasoned professional...blood will fly and souls will be lost. The boat missions are bad ass. Once you get the controls down it's raining cannonballs all over the enemy. Some missions are simple, while others will piss you off if your trying to score 100% on the mission objectives. I still haven't finished it because another game entered into my life.

That game is WWE13!!! With the recent cartoon looking WWE13 game....I was burnt out. My wife picked this game up for me for X-MAS and I thought that was pretty damn cool of her. Let me just say that the objective based matches are DA BOMB!!!! This was an ingenious move by THQ...but in the end....they were Powerbombed themselves and they went bankrupt. Saints Row will be missed.....I liked Frontlines: Fuel of War....but back to WWE13...what will happen to them???....I don't know....but this rendition will keep you occupied for hours. This game goes back to the WRESTLING WARS. What was cool about this was I had an internship at WCW during the WRESTLING WARS....was able to meet the likes of Billy Kidman, Goldberg, DDP, Mr. Wonderful, and many others....but back to the game....WWE13 takes you into the battles and you can be a different Superstar revealing your fate one match at a time. The online is pretty cool....the rooms sometimes are bare...but when you get a match and you see someone's created character....that takes some originality so props on that. Sometimes the reversals don't happen as you would like online. There may be some lag....but if your a jedi master of gaming....you will figure out the delay and become the next WWE13 CHAMP.....WHEN IT COMES CRASHING DOWN AND IT HURT INSIDE!!!!.....all hail the mighty Hulkster!!! He's not in this game....I believe...because he was with WCW at the time making Vince McMahon cringe in his fruit of the looms. Bottom line great game...haven't finished it....but don't really care....great time enjoyment.

So....when I want to just mindlessly run through a game.....I choose Kung Fu Panda. A buddy of mine let me borrow it about 4 months ago...and I haven't had the desire to put this turdtastic game in the 360. Once I did....I was hooked. I've always enjoyed Jak & Daxter.....Ratchet & Clank and this game reminds me a bit of the 2. You have bad ass Fat Panda Karate moves....by the way...there's nothing wrong with that. You build up your experience via coins, which you used to purchase better moves/abilities. Collectibles are easy to find and you can pretty much 100% most levels the first go around. It gives you the obvious hints...but for the age range that this game is targeted for....it works out fine. Jack Black is doing the V/O for the Panda Man himself and does a great job...where has he been lately??? The graphics are average at best...they look cartoony...which they should....it's a cartoon....doh!! All in all you can 1000 this game....I still haven't:(

All in all my mission is becoming a success!!! I think I will jump from game to game and slowly finish them all....I don't think I will pick up the new consoles right away...especially if they are eliminating the used game market and want you to be online 24/7.
