Blog post # i dont remember
so I like to rant about a few things: one is a good thing and the other has been bothering me for some time. I bought the Walking Dead season 2 about a few weeks ago. I have to say its an improvement from the first season with an occasional frame-rate drop. visually the game is the same as the 1st with that cartoon style like borderlands. the controls are much better. I cant tell you how many times I was pressing RT when I should be pressing A. without saying too much, there is a part can be gross, but you can tell that Telltale wanted to give players the survival effect by doing this. also I like how its more interactive, meaning if something happens you gotta be quick or face the demise. I cant wait for the future episodes.
onto the bad thing: the NHL decided to do their annual outdoor again this year. it was the leafs vs red wings in Ann Arbor, Mich. I did watch this and did enjoy it. But the NHL decided also to do multiple outdoor games: 3 in January and 2 in March. 2 of the games are played at Yankee Stadium (NYR vs NJD) and (NYR vs NYI). alright here's the problem I have: why is it that when sports people talk about hockey teams in New York they don't metion Buffalo? The Sabres can play with all of these teams and beat them. I don't wanna hear, "they are not championship material." really? NYI stink just as bad as the arena they play in, NYR have had decent success, and NJD made the finals a few years back. so involve the Sabres a little bit more(they did have the first US outdoor game). one of the march games is Blackhawks vs Penguins. Pitt again? this is like there 3 game, have someone else play. personally I think its to boost Crosby's ego. give a team that has smaller market a chance to play
I'd like to talk more, but its early in the morning and I'm kinda tired. I'd like to do these on a monthly basis: ranting about games, sports or whatever. I'm also considering buying a capture device to record my gaming. It sounds fun and interesting
