Not sure, but I think it was from a quest reward as I definatly didnt pick it up. I went for a wander did some side quest and fast traveled back
To the base at the NE if the map, I checked my inventory and it was there. Its a shitty melee electric tazer thing. I did get a nice purple shield for finishing top of
An arkfall though, capacity isnt very high but its got a 2 sec recharge.
