It so I don't need the disc anymore then let my friend borrow it and he pays the 10 new license fee and now we both own the game. What you guys think?

I thought I read that the new license fee is the full price of the game.
I couldn't find anything on pricing for the new license but I don't think it would be full price. If you buy a used game from GameStop that's 54.99 then you come home and

I highly doubt that would happen! Remember GameStop did compensate for the online pass. In other words prices of used games in store will drop.
Probably by the EXACT amount it costs to re-install the games as 2nd hand. Right now you can buy new releases, used for $55. Imagine that it costs $20 to install a used
game on your xbox. What will happen? Gamestop will start selling that $55 game for $35 (otherwise people will just buy a new game). And that $20 will go to the game
developers, so they can, you know, make MORE games.
You will still end up paying the same for a used game. BUT GameStop just won't be getting such a huge cut from it anymore, and the game developers will.
