You will never really own any of your games, you are only buying a licence to use it under MS terms.

Everything else you can already do, without any restrictions. They are now restricting who can and cannot use your disc.

I've read it entirely different... You will even be able to share a game without a disc. Will just have to wait and see how it works out

Yes, there are family accounts that are now 4 people, they are expanding to 10. Will probably cost a lot, it was $100 a year for 4 people.

I mean, I really don't care about used games and sharing, I'm the only one that plays. But if they insist on mandatory Kinect, I'm off to Sonyland.

Kinect will come bundled with every XO ... it is mandatory, but you can simply turn it towards the wall or something like that... I dont find that a deal breaker one bit

Kinect in this whole story can only improve the way game designers think, hence providing us with more AAA titles for it.

And keep in mind, Sony is playing smart by just keeping quiet about PS4 ... who knows what kind of mumbo jumbo they will do.

I don't want Kinect. I don't want to put it under my desk. I don't want to pay extra for it. I don't give a damn about it's possibilities.

Kinect exists for almost 3 years, and so far there are maybe 2 good games for it (dancing, fitness). Any other game, especially AAA or AA just sucks with it.

I will wait a couple of years, if they make a slim model without Kinect I will buy, if not, screw them.

I'm already cooling off from achievements. But I have so many good games left to play, I'm sad that I skipped them because of easy games.

It still isn't even near being a "good" system. The game is tied to the gamertag and you can't sell them to strangers, they won't work.

And when every game requires a mandatory install, the HD will fill up with just installing a couple games. And hardcore gamers like us like to play multiple games.

I'm fine with that 24-hour online check, but that basically means, if they ever shut the Xbox One servers, the whole game library will become unplayable.

But they have 300,000 servers, so I assume the lag in MP games will reduce a lot. 64-player Battlefield 4 matches will be awesome though.

I know it will be different, but i'm not quite sure you wont be able to sell it to strangers. Honestly, 500GB + Cloud installs should take care of that issue.

Now you are talking about backwards compatibility that will come into perspective in the next 10 years... Dont really care about that to be honest

To be honest, when they are planning to shut down the server I'm pretty sure they'll bring out a software patch to disable the 24h online thing.
