Don't get the surfaces. They all suck. Just get a touch-screen laptop.

For the Windows 8 games, do you actually need a touchscreen or can you earn the achievements by just having the Windows 8 operating system?
If you have win8 on a laptop or PC you can play and earn achievements. I'm not sure how many games are available though. Don't get wp8 and win8 mixed up though dude.
It'll probably be more worth while getting a windows phone. Nokia Lumia 920 is apparently 1 of the best.
Not getting them mixed up at all. Yeah, I may look into upgrading my phone at some point. It would be neat to have a tablet too. Might be tech overload here!

I didn't care for it, but you might like it. I used the "skip level" code often, so I have no idea what the story is about.
