Are you playing the PC or X360 version? From what I've heard of, PC doesn't have framerate issues unlike X360 version.
I'm playing 360 but you technically need both versions to 100% complete the game. Its a bit stupid but that is what happens when patches break games.
From what I've heard their comments, PC probably works the best, as some achs on 360 version were kind of unobtainable due to glitches such as in-game crashes.

Haha mate i hardly get anytime anymore! She hogs the tv so i bought a monitor and another xbox. Now shes like can i borrow your xbox to watch something on demand.
I have only one HD which renders my second xbox useless. She,wouldn't even play skylanders with me CUs spyro is,"ugly" now lol
