Umm, actually they have stated there will be a "digital permission" required to play the disc. If you buy the disc new, then permission is given. If you want to play

another person's disc in your Xbox you will have to pay a "digital permission". They discussed this in standard legalize (extensively without stating much

of anything at all). At the end of the day the only reason to bring up such nonsense is to slap us with a used game fee.

I just hope it's not a well they can do it but have to use your account. Because that defeats the purpose of having separate accounts like ms wants.

Easy solution to all this. Vote with your wallet. Instead of getting a Xbox One, get a PS4 or build a gaming PC and get Steam. Hell, get a Wii U. Or just stay on your 360

I also predict the Xbox360 Servers will be closing within 3 years. It'll force people to switch, if they haven't already, just like with Xbox Servers.

Doesn't make a difference. Xbox games didn't work on Xbox360 and they still shut down the servers. Well, actually they did until backward compatibility was removed.

I don't see people flipping out. I see them ether buying Xbox One, PS4, or Both. It's bond to happen ether way. 3 Years will probably be the end of Xbox360 servers.

There really is a lot to be said for some of the things that Nintendo offers, namely very quality exclusive platformers and solid local multiplayer party games. I intend

to get the WiiU as well sometime in the future when the price drops and more games come out. However, I'm not sure it will replace what I currently "get" from my Xbox.

None of the three consoles are "bad". All comes down to preference. I thin Nintendo has by far the best exclusives, but I like the Xbox's features more.

ehhh. That's not likely, in my case. I'll probably wait until at least after Xmas to decide on anything, but I'm very likely to skip next gen entirely.

Hell, my 360 backlog would probably last me a few years once I actually start working on it.
