Once I realized I was playing DR1, only with sand, I figured I'd spend my first playthrough exploring the town and finding stuff before trying to save everyone.

I meant the misspelling of "perfect", but whatevs. I need to do my run as well. I've got a save point right after rescuing the pawn shop owner for clean up.

Like DR1, this game is all about knowing where teh phat lootz is. Paddlesaw magazine = hot zombie death.

And hot zombie death = win.

Yup. Add in a beer helmet and some spiked baseball bats and you are an invincible zombie killing tank.

I'm not oblivious to the fact that this is a way for Capcom to charge for a demo of sorts, but at least it's ORIGINAL content, very fairly priced, and just fun. Very fun.

Not a shot against Capcom. Quite the opposite. The Street Fighter crew hit gold with the whole "prequel" idea.

Case Zero? No. From what I can tell, you could completely skip DR1 and never know the difference, though you'd be missing one of 360's best.

This game is 100% more fun when you find the dress and woman's hat for your character. He even wears them in the cutscenes!

Case 0 is brilliant fun with replayability (it is a little short overall though), its' a bargain at 400MSP. Dead Rising is still the best game on 360 in my eyes....

....just be prepared for strange controls and an awkward save system.
