a cheaper licence (say $10) to give you access to play the game but only with the disc in, and full price for no disc if they're going that direction.

I think this move is less about used games, and more about how gamefly has hurt the business. If you think about gamefly makes the used and new sector hurt pretty bad.

If its showing correct on PC and phone then try earning another couple achievements. That usually fixes weird syncing like that. Did for me when it happened once.

Plus XO have too many point of failure that isn't funny anymore. Kinect broke, XO fails. Window 8 means BSOD plus who knows if they solved RROD.

And even with new games you still have to have internet connection to play, for the first time at least, since MS need to check whether disc is linked to another account.

For me at least I don't connect my 360 online all the time, I rarely do, due to local internet infrastructure, so all this online TV features is pointless for me.

The only factor that I have not already abandon ship is that I have all this gaming history with 360, and a move to PS4 would meant to abandon them, which I don't want to
