Fairly large file sizes for all of them though and my phone is already pretty full, I doubt I will be able to even DL any of them right away.

Well I don't know for Mass Effect since I don't have a WP8 yet but NBA Jam & Tiger are both $3 while Real Racing 2 is $5.

I don't see the doom and gloom. The device is architecturally amazing if you know anything about that stuff. They announced there will be 15 1st party games in year 1.
The big thing for me was the announcement of Blu-ray support. BC is a bummer, but not a show stopper for me even with my collection as long as I can play on both.

certainly did not target gamers with a gaming console but more an advanced Sky box which can run games. They have to sell us this at E3 otherwise they've doomed X1.
