Full games list will be revealed at E3 in a couple weeks. I liked the look of the console, its subtle and sexy. It doesn't need to be the center of attention...

Way too many complainers deal with it either buy it or dont but save the whinging because its boring!! Console looks clunky but looks dont mean a thing

Yeah I'm not sure i understand what people were expecting? Some mystical magical device?! Its an XBOX people, it plays games, and does other (mostly unnecessary) stuff.

Looks like we can't have an opinion on the new Xbox then eh, personally I won't buy one....... Got my opinions why.

Its called a step up in technology im not sure why people think the same type of disc would be used over and over its the future not 2002.

I dont personally care what it looks like I dont spend all the time looking at the console. I'll be buying it and having the slim at the same time to go back.

They don't have to use the same disc I know its a step up, but they could easily be able to make it so you could play 360 games onit as well, just like the ps3...

Well sadly they didnt it is what it is. I'll keep my slim and go back if I want to but im more interested in the new games personally so either way im happy

@DeBigBad, it would be impossible to make it play the old disc due to the fact that the new format will only accept Blu-Ray.

I would like to add that the only disc you will be sticking in it is a Blu-Ray, so good luck on renting or looking for good deals for games

The ps2 was not blue-ray and could still play games on the ps3, so probably has nothing to do with that. I'd say it was just too hard to run the x1 in compatability mode

Unless you bought a 60 or 80 gig ps3 at launch for like 600 bucks, it does not play ps2 games. Emulators are expensive, which is why next gen consoles are not BC.

@Phantom its easily big enough for another disc drive above the new one, but as Danny says it is what it is...
