It's a good game, but the cover system is fucking dire. Also why is there a 5 second delay on everything you want him to do? All the vehicles handle like shit too.

Sony's made it a pretty easy decision, unless Microsoft actually gets a clue and matches them on price and policies. In which case it's a tie again.

I play on PS3 as well, but more so for the exclusives (Uncharted, The last of us, lbp and tokyo jungle to name a few). It will be other way around nextgen.

By far the most intense interview process I've ever been through. 2 phone interviews, a written research paper, and THEN 5 hours straight of in person interviews.
5 one hour interviews with some whiteboard examples and crazy questions. Definitely glad I only have to do that once...
