Not been confirmed by microsoft though.There are different rumors saying if you uninstall and pass on there is no fee.

I think they've fucking upgraded the shit out of it. I wasn't going to get one right away, but now, I'm all in on it.
The design of the console/controller sucks and theres no backwards comp AND games are tied to an account. So no more used games.

Ok. You buy a used game and you have to install it, because its mandatory. To install the same disc to multiple harddrives you have to pay a fee.
99.9% of games that are used have been played by someone else! So its targerting used games. Why do you think EA got rid of the online pass?
It's targeting used games, sure. But you said no more used games. You just said it yourself, for a small fee you can still use one disc on different xboxes.
I knew there was something behind EA getting rid of the passes, believe me. There was no way they were just feeling nice one day. It's all about money.
