I'm assuming they are optional and shouldn't make you dislike the core game. Once again proving achievements hurt as much as they help.

Plus if you've paid for additional content, you're going to want to try to complete it. I'm not a fan of tossing money aside.

Oh we are on an achievement website? I didn't realize that. So apparently everyone on this site has to go for every achievement ever even if they hate the experience.
With that said, I didn't even say he shouldn't go for it, just that he shouldn't let it affect his enjoyment of the main game.
Kinda like how Seriously 1 and 3 could easily make you hate Gears when you're done with them.
I do feel your pain though. I have all the achievements for Arkham except the ones for the challenge and campaign rooms.
I can't even get my hands on Perfect Knight-Day 2 for that very reason. From my point of view you're right, they do leave a bad mark on an otherwise fantastic game.

They haven't had anything relevant for about a month, plus I'm hearing some rumblings they pulled their affiliate program, the Gamer blog hasn't been updated...
I mean, if they post any relevant deals, I'll add them back in, but they are not going to have a weekly spot where I simply type "there are no Xbox 360 deals for Kmart"
