It looks like we are all doomed!
I don't know how to take that. I'll wait and see how Xbox One turns out before I try to formulate my opinion on one statement.
I'm going down in a blaze of glory!
I know at least 10 that are buying it haha. 990 more to go!
The funny thing is that it didn't help a bit. Their stock dropped while Sony's stock got a boost to the highest point since August 2011.
I was just about to say that ^ But yeah, the One has features I dont like or wont use (like TV) and that whole 'adding achievements' alterations... ugh.
Now that took some doing! Well done!
99999 could be more of a challenge!
i cant believe this whole used game bullshit. arent they making enough money already? It makes me sick.
Hopefully this is all just rumor about the used games. Why don't they crack down on the people have have hacked 360's. That would make more money for them.
WOW! That's a first! I think its horrible, and I don't stand alone on that. I think it's a waste of a machine.
Hey, I liked it. And I think the new features are amazing, in spite of I'll probably use it only for gaming.

But nobody said anything about the old medias. Will the the old games run on the new console?
No, they won't. The Xbox One will not be backwards compatible, and this includes arcade titles.
Well, to be fair, it is not "bad" either - the 360 will still be supported well beyond 2017. Your tag will just have to move between both systems :)
@RSA, just what is it about the NEW features that fascinate you exactly? Just curious?
@Mister, I liked the possibility to watch TV, access the internet, having more than 1 think in the same screen at the same time, the voice commands, etc.
As I said, these new features probably will be useless for me. PS: in the previous post, 1 think would be 1 thing (mistyped)
Yes, and I knew about those features long before you did, and they don't impress me. MY PC does all, and more than the Xbox could dream of.
@RSA, if you have a set top box, cable box, etc...you will be able to watch TV, correct. If you rely on your cable plug, by itself, than NO you won't be able to.
TV features are US only for now.
I have an apple TV and that is the reason to not use the XBOX features. Also, I agree that the PC does everything.
and I agree about the PC. It does everything that the new xbox does and much more, also, allow you to play games as good as a console does with cheaper games.
..cuz it was designed by gamers for gamers. ...such horse shit
"Integrated battery" sounds like an attempt at a positive spin on "not user-replaceable," which is something I hated about the iPhone for approximately forever. Feature?!

Right now I have several batteries on a couple of chargers. Controller runs out = no problem; just go grab a battery. Remove battery from controller, find charged
battery, swap dead for charged battery (Indiana Jones would be proud), find controller, plug back in. Now I have to remember to reconnect my controller whenever I finish
a session and cannot have a session last too long or I have to swap out controllers. As you say, how is this a feature?
Let's hope we are reading this wrong...
If they do not let you have your own batteries that would be dumb. Do they even talk to gamers before they make decisions?
My PS3 controllers always need a charge and end up being wired to the system via USB cable.
goddamit, if only the integrated battery had improved the game boy advance
How about an integrated macro system?
