I think it was 9. It doesn't matter much since escorting survivors is greatly improved from the first game.

10 survivours.. i only need 2 more achievements on my 2nd run through

1st play when i opend the shed the forks wernt there so i started agian 2nd play the people with the handle bars didnt show up 3rd play i will let u no :(

*Spoilers* ReFlexxx (or w/e), The people in the parking lot (for the handlebars) will show up after you give Katey the Zombrex (@7), and defeat Jed, you have limited time

Just finished another playthrough. The total count of survivors you get to the safe house is 9. They begin to show up every 2 hours after you rescue the pawnshop guy.

When I did my 3rd playthrough I could time it to the minute when they would spawn. You just have to load the town.

Would the game freeze up for any of you guys during saving or loading?

While it never froze the load times felt a bit excessive. Especially for a game loading from my hard drive.

i had a problem one of my playthroughs were the cutscenes wouldnt load and if they did there was no audio
