Set up a custom online match and invite a friend in. You and your friend both choose bikes as your vehicle. Have your buddy get in front of you and back up a bit. Now both accelerate and do an endo towards each other. Get as close to each other as you can while both of you are holding an endo. It may take a few tries, but you will unlock the achievement within a small amount of time.
