I used the High Speed method of earning Kudos and set up a Custom Race on the Michelin Test Track short oval. I setup the race to have 10 laps (although 4 is really enough) and each lap after the first, you should generate enough High Speed Kudos to give you five stars (just remember to slow down and deactivate the five stars once you have earned it to add it to your score and reset the star meter).

I used the Ferrari Scuderia, but any REALLY FAST car will be fine for this.
