If you are male this will involve Liara or Ashley.

If you are female this will include Kaiden or Liara.

After each main planet mission (Feros, Noveria, and Virmire) when you find yourself back on the Normandy find which character you want to get with and have a conversation with them.

Then on your way to Ilos the event will take place and the achievement will unlock.
