	You get the soldier, Ashley, from the start. Keep her in your party to do all the missions and about 40-45 assignments. You should unlock this achievements even before finishing the playthrough since both Ashley and Kaiden are in your party during which you have already done several missions before picking up other potential party members. For missions see http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Missions. For assignments, see http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Assignments. Because Ashley is a soldier class with no biotic or tech abilities you'll want to balance your party out. You should go for this achievement when you're playing either as a biotic or tech (or mix) class yourself. Balance our your party with a tech or biotic (or mix) different from yourself. * Spoiler Alert * Toward the end of Virmire you'll need to make a choice to save either Ashley or Kaiden, the two humans originally in your party. Choose Ashley because you cannot save both.
