| neither of the first to solutions are fully correct. When you appear back in the lab after killing the leader, go into your room and look at the wall above your bed and press Y. This will unlock the achievement. That is all you need to do. Looking at the writings on the floor in the lab have nothing to do with the achievement, and this achievement is not actually naturally unlocked during normal storyline progression. The achievement will unlock at the end of the credits. |

Storyline achievement. (Kinda, You're unable to unlock it until after the main storyline.)
After finishing the game's last mission by kiling Al Mualim, the mentor of Altair, you are brought back to the lab. Use eagle vision (Y) in the bedroom to see the images that the previous subject wrote in blood.
There are several areas with images but the important one is on the wall above your bed. After seeing this area it should unlock after the credit sequence.

| After you finish the last memory which is killing your leader, you'll be Desmond again and have eagle vision. Once the talking is over, walk to you room and in front of your bed. Press Y to use your eagle vision on the wall above your bed and a scence should happen and you'll see the credits. After the credits finishing showing you should be Desmond again and you should get the achievement. |

This achievement is earned after viewing the credits for the game. Once you've completed memory block 7, Desmond exits the Animus and discovers he now has the Eagle Vision power. Make your way back to the bedroom and use the Eagle Vision power to view the wall above the bed, and the credits will start after Desmond talks to himself for a few seconds. Once the credits finish (7 minutes later), the achievement unlocks and you can wander around the room again.
