Simply kill 50 guards with stealth assassinations.
The guards must NOT be alerted of your presence when making assassinations pertaining to this achievement.
Most easily done on the rooftops as you can usually assassinate without gaining attention, then moving on to the next guard, and so on.
These 50 will also count towards this:

| I did this while on the street, just chaining guard after guard. For a short time after assassinating someone with your wrist-blade, you're clear to just walk away like nothing happened. You can even hit two or three guards in a row before getting in hot water with anyone. |

Approach a guard from behind with your blade equipped (up on the d-pad) and press the "X" button to assassinate him. Do not hold "RT" while pressing "X", as that will trigger a jumping kind of assassination which will not count toward the stealth total.
This is easily done on the rooftops of any city, as there will be single guards that you can sneak up behind and assassinate, while maintaining a low profile.
Performing 50 of these stealth assassinations will unlock the achievement. |

As i was searching for flag videos, i came across this video. It starts off slow but it shows that you can get 4 achievements ( Eagle's Talon, being one of them) in the tutorial, without even finishing it.
I just replayed the tutorial, after completing the game and got it pretty quick.
