A leap of faith is when you make a jump from a high point and land in a bail of hay.

You can leap of faith off all view points and also there are several other spots located around each section of each city, as well as Masyaf.

A leap of faith spot is marked by a group of birds standing on the ledge you are supposed to jump from.
