You acquire this for assassinating Talal,the Slave Trader in the city of Jerusalem.

This is the second assassination of the game (Memory Block 2) and is very simple. After the cut scenes (dont forget the memory glitches) you will be on the 1st floor of his warehouse. Take out his men and follow him up the ladders onto the roof. He will try to run away and range you from time to time. Catch up to him and take him out.
