This is the final achievement for story and requires you to go through a strange dodging + quick time button mashing event as the 9 Tails running towards Gaara and dodging his sand blasts. The issue you'll hit most is the closer you are the harder it is to see where your going, so it does come down to luck at the very end of the run.

As for the quick time event realize it is very sensitive and one screwup will send you back to the beginning of the scene with you dodging sand blasts.
