At the end of the first disc you'll be pulling in a giant Flying Fortress whilst on top of a castle.

There will be two giants pulling chains, you need to help both giants pull by repeatedly whacking the displayed button.

If you fail you'll have to reload your save, but this Achievement is pretty simple and easy.
