To get this achievement you need to complete the Dark Brotherhood quests:
"The Lonely Wanderer", "Enter the Eliminator", "Bad Medicine", "The Night Mother's Child", "Whodunit?", "The Assassins Gambit" & "Permanent Retirement"

This is only 4 main quests as "Enter the Eliminator", "The Night Mother's Child" & "The Assassins Gambit" are simply mini-quests to accept your next main quest.
