For this achievement, you have to defeat Victor Vasquez "Vic", number 13 on the Blacklist.
Requirements:
- Race wins: 4
- Milestone events: 3
- Bounty: 100,000
For easy bounty, use the bus station trick. Everything is explained in the video below. Credits goes to Elitekiller24 (killzy).
After you met the requirements, you can challenge him. You have to defeat him in two sprint races. If you defeat him, the achievement is yours!

| Just a side note I wanted to add, if you get jammed up with the cops that lead into a chase after a race, or you try to evade and end up getting busted, immediatly dashboard. Your race saves as soon as you finish and if you are trying to avoid getting your car impounded this is very helpful. Just reload the game and continue career. |
