For this achievement, you have to defeat Ho Seun “Sonny”, number 15 on the Blacklist.
Requirements:
- Race wins: 3
- Milestone events: 3
- Bounty: 20,000
For easy bounty, use the bus station trick. Everything is explained in the video below. Credits goes to Elitekiller24 (killzy).
After you met the requirements, you can challenge him. You have to defeat him in two circuit races. If you defeat him, the achievement is yours!

This was very easy to get, even beated the whole Blacklist #15 section in a stock Lexus IS 300
Races won: 3 (All three given must be won, repeating doesn't count)
Bounty Milestones: 3 (Four Milestones given, one can be skipped): *Do the time based ones first when the heat level is at 1, and for the finish, just trade some paint, you can get the speed camera if you like, and its easy to get, even in a unmodified car*
Bounty: 20,000 *Doing the Milestones will boost it big time and do some random pursuits to build it up and get it ready for Taz *BL: 14*, But don't get too cocky*
Meet the Requirements and take him on, he is easy to beat, but just stay focused and cut him off if he gets too close by either blocking his path or using traffic *Just dont get yourself slowed down, he is fast*
Beat him in both races and you'll be marked as #15. and you get your choose of two markers, one of three chances get his VW Golf GTI.
*SIDE NOTE*
If you get the slip and you want more money for mods, take the car to a shop and sell all the body parts *Body kits, Spoiler, Hood, Air Scoop, Wheels etc, you get a good price for all that* after thats done, return to the safe house and sell the car itself, That VW does go for a good price too |

To race sonny, you need to complete 3 races, 3 milestones, and get 20,000 bounty. Use your starting car.
At this point the game hasn't deepened so just do a few pursuits to get bounty. Be sure to get his car afterwards through the bonus markers. |

| Just a side note I wanted to add, if you get jammed up with the cops that lead into a chase after a race, or you try to evade and end up getting busted, immediatly dashboard. Your race saves as soon as you finish and if you are trying to avoid getting your car impounded this is very helpful. Just reload the game and continue career. |
