You can unlock this achievement quite quickly on your own. Start up a private multiplayer game and play by yourself as Upsilon with no bots. If you simply use your scouting bot (RB) twice in a match, you'll boost your stats. After that, let the match time run out. If you do this three or four times, your overall characteristics will exceed 1% and the achievement will unlock. Good luck.
