For all the league "dominated" achievements, first setup an International League, 1 player, 6 teams, no cup matches, half season. Select your team, and then for the CPU teams choose the 5 teams you will be using in the different national leagues. In my case this was Man Utd, Lyon, Inter, PSV and Barcelona. Adjust your settings, to make this easier/quicker put it on beginner difficulty, 5 min match time and turn off injuries & accumulated fatigue. Then all you need to do is win all 5 games. Winning the league will also count towards the "Ultimate Player" achievement.
After this, start up any of the national leagues, 1 player, no cup matches. For your team make sure you select the team you beat in the International League, so in my case I chose Lyon. Again for settings to make it quicker/easier choose beginner difficulty, 5 min match length and turn off injuries & fatigue. Now win the first 19 games, you play each team in order, and the achievement will unlock.
If you want to make it less labour intensive, play the matches in coach mode and only intervene if you need to. As I was using Lyon, I was able to win the majority the games just using coach mode. I would only take control if I was losing at half time or drawing with 15 game minutes remaining, in these circumstances I'd just score 2 quick goals and put it back in coach mode.
If you're working on the "Ultimate Team" acheivement, you will now be half way to winning the league with a 100% winning record, so just use coach mode for the remainder of the season. It doesn't matter if you win/lose/draw the remaining matches, just keep an eye on the league table to ensure you're top!
As you can see, using this method I have unlocked all the league "dominated" achievements, so can 100% confirm it's accuracy. |

| As it says you just have to beat all club teams from France. So you don't have to win the league. |
