Game Over is a fairly easy mission with loads of checkpoints, but if you are struggling a good tip (which I found on YouTube - see link) is to stay prone whilst on the back of the truck and shoot through the wooden shield. For some reason, the enemies don't seem able to shoot through it and you can pretty much kill them all without standing up.
Once that section is over, you have some long range firing to do at enemies with RPGs which is fairly safe and a sequence with a helicopter (which you don't have to shoot).
