This is easy to get with a boosting buddy and even easier now that almost nobody plays multiplayer.

Simply start a Player, Large FFA match with your buddy. Getting a battle rating of greater than 100 is a combination of many factors but if you both go for the 10 kills / 10 deaths achievement you will unlock this during the process.
