Complete all three of the single player campaigns to unlock this one. To unlock all the campaigns you must finish them in the following order:

1. Complete the GDI Single Player campaign
2. This unlocks the NOD Single Player campaign
3. Complete the NOD Single Player campaign
4. This unlocks the Scrin Single Player campaign
5. Complete the Scrin Single Player campaign

It doe not matter what difficulty you finish each campaign on, & it also doesn't matter if you don't get all the bonus objectives. Both the GDI & NOD campaigns contain 17 missions each & the Scrin campaign contains 4 missions.
