Most easily done on the Squid Boss level. Hit the tentacles of the squid until the squid starts to change the crew into oilmen. Then just grab the oilmen with B and throw them overboard preferably toward the camera so you don't accidently hurt the squid. (also can do your 500 grapple kills while on this same boss)
