You can obtain this achievement on any difficulty, as long as you complete the level.
Another easy level, you'll fight tons of reborn soldiers and a good chunk of Octopus Dogs. Some notes of interest:
-When sniping on the rooftop, the snipers move clockwise along the cliff wall until eventually they are on the bridge, be wary of the rocket guy on the bridge as well.
-The Xeno Spore Tower: The "boss fight" of the episode, nothing special about this one, but that you have to take out 3 spots. Use the turret on the roof to take out one, and then go down to the ground and rocket the other two.
