This achievement relates when you are in the parking being attacked by the hordes of zombies. Survive until the elevator makes it down then jump on it to get the achievement.

This is also a good spot to get the zombie-que achievement (lighting 15 zombies on fire with flares) there are plenty scattered about just light them and throw them at them with your gravity gun.
