There are five black towers in the game and, near the end of the main quest line, they will be connected by a fiery light in the sky to form a giant pentagram.
Earth Claw Tower - South West of Tharbarkin and North of Windbreak
Storm Claw Tower - West from Qudinar untill you near the coast and then a little North.
Water Claw Tower - South of Ashos and North of Golem Island.
Fire Claw Tower - Directly east from the Water tower and North from Gor Gammar
Death Claw Tower - East of Cathalon after you cross over the river
You'll have to make your way to the top of each for the achievement to pop. Simply dispatch the undead and apprentice necromancers at the base, then step into the teleporter at the top of the stairs.
During the part of the main quest line you'll have to visit one of the five towers and defeat a higher ranking necromancer on the top of that tower, so watch yourself. In fact, all of the towers will have a necromancer at the top after this key event in the game.
