For this achievement, it is absolutely important that you and the friend/player you are playing with always stick together. Since the whole place will be swarming with S.W.A.T members right away. You´ll start out with a pistol so quickly go get a SMG or Carbine from the dead cops, then if you just remember to stick together and protect each other at all times, then it should be a piece of cake ;)
