Quickest way to boost would be to get 5 or more gamers in a lobby and have one of them bring a guest. Put the guest on the other team and turn respawns off on a Team Elimination game. With this game's load times, you should be able to get the 30 wins in 15-20 minutes (maybe quicker?).

Short of boosting, it doesn't take terribly long to just keep joining matches, getting some kills and winning some of them - though, you'll probably tire of the spawn-killing quickly. This game has no spawn-shield whatsoever and does not change where you spawn much even if the enemy is sitting in your spawn location waiting for you to materialize. Lame.
