As you can see the ratio jumps from a 1.6 to a 1.9 from the second last level to the last, this is for one or 2 reasons.

Firstly, some may chicken out, because it does pick up in the creepy department right at the end, lol.

Secondly, youll have to shoot Alma on 3 different occassions, just remember to turn round as soon as possible when at the door after the second "killing" of her, so you have ample time to take her down, because it does take a good few shots, especially on higher difficulties..

Simple, just do as it says: complete the whole campaign on any difficulty higher than Low. Just make sure you don't change difficulties mid-campaign. It should be noted that if you are going for Fearsome and playing on Extreme difficulty you will unlock both these achievements.
