You will pick this achievement up whilst going for the Total Domination achievement.

Instead of extorting the merchant in some places, they will actually have a favour to ask you to do and in return for completing this favour, they will pay the Corleone's for protection. The favour can come in a variety of forms including killing troublesome people or destroying items and will normally be in an alley or location very close to the business.

Here is a list of the merchants who require favours (credit to Epsilon Theta for his work with this):

- Brooklyn: Sicilian Goods from the Shopkeeper (Stop the Arsonist)

- Midtown: St. Alban's Hotel from the Hotel Manager (Stop the casino)
- Midtown: Palladio Willow from Shopkeeper (Beat the Boxer upstairs)
- Midtown: The Luna Bar from Barkeeper (Get rid of punks in the backyard)

- New Jersey: Arnold's Famous from Barkeeper (Smash next door shopkeeper's stuff)

- Hell's Kitchen: Tyler's Top Cuts from Shopkeeper (Protect the shopkeeper)

Also to note that reputation does not affect your ability to be asked for a favour.
