go to the fountain in al fresca and jump into it there is a uzi fire off all 100 rounds then exit towards entrance plaza return to the fountain and repeat.

or

use the convicts truck fire the two hundred rounds from the gun on the back go the the maintenance tunnel fire another 200 rounds exit tunnels fire another 200 round repeat.

or

while your in the tunnels getting zombie genocide there is a SMG uzi in the room where the maintenance key is/was shoot off the rounds exit the tunnel repeat
